Technology / Business Process Management (BPM) technology team develops, maintains & provides support for multiple platforms in support of overall workflow solutions. These platforms are mission critical, and integral to providing excellent service to our external and internal clients. This is a great opportunity to join a highly visible team working on a new and exciting product.

You'll be joining us as a Senior Staff - Technical Lead on the BPM Technology team are part of our AS in MyQ team. You will be expected to:

• Deliver technical leadership and oversight of team activities

• Design architectural solutions based upon our business requirements

• Ensure that the team follows best practices and governance guidelines through design and code review practices

• Actively participate in DCO sessions, offering guidance and thought leadership

• Represent technology in meetings with our business partners

• Partner with other technology leads to deliver our case creation and image processing solution

• Lead and foster our offshore partnership while driving for continual improvement of our agile-based development process

• Learn a wide range of business processes that are supported by the AS in MyQ team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 7+ years IT experience

• 5 or more years’ experience in Pega Systems PRPC BPM Solution development - Certified Lead Systems Architect (CLSA) certification level

• Hands-on experience in using, building and managing PRPC frameworks for reuse, using Pega Connectors & Services for integration, PRPC tools (PAL, Tracer, Security Model, Access Groups, UI Portals, Log Analyzer)

• Experience as a technical leader in an organization: coaching and mentoring new associates, overseeing the development work of other resources, working through complex problems, and working with our business partners to deliver an amazing experience for our clients.

• Working experience in Agile Development / scrum methodology

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment

• Working knowledge of Oracle / SQL

• Familiarity with workflow concepts and document management processing
