Job Description:

Document Project Scope, Timeline and Budget. Obtain Project Sponsor approval and sign-off for the Project Definition
Identification of Project Stakeholders, their Roles and Responsibilities
Perform Feasibility Studies / Business Case studies
Develop, assess and select proper strategy for the project, considering Performance, Cost, Time and Scope constraints
Create project schedule based on:
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Work Activities List
Network Diagram
Time and Budget Estimates
Develop Communication Plan
Risk Management Plan (includes risk identification, monitoring, and response)
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage enterrpise software development application end to end from completion to implementation
performs all other duties as assigned
